Paul McCartney is coming to Rock band on concert stageCharlottesville for the first time this summer! He is set to perform on June 23 at the University of Virginia’s John Paul Jones Arena as part of his 2015 “Out There” tour. Joining him will be his band members Paul “Wix” Wickens on keyboards, Brian Ray on bass and guitar, Rusty Anderson on guitar, and Abe Laboriel Jr. on drums, who have all been a part of his band for over a decade.

An Unforgettable Experience

The concert will span 50 years of music, touching on McCartney’s time with the Beatles, with Wings, and as a solo artist. Besides a spectacular musical experience, the concert will feature massive screens, lasers, fireworks, and more for an impressive show.

McCartney’s band has already traveled to South Korea and Japan on this tour, and they will make an appearance at the Firefly Music Festival in Dover, DE as well as Philadelphia, PA and Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL.
